B for BMW Customer Stories

Big thank you to all for the speedy radiator repair last week.

The Customer Experience is Everything. During my annual Scottish holiday I had the fortune of my radiator completely failing within half a mile of B4BMW. I was due to return to London within 48hours. Andy was cognisant of this and immediately organised his courteous staff to investigate. Within two hours they called to inform me of their diagnosis and the costs. I authorised the work.

Early next morning they called with an update of estimated time of completion and to report the front exhaust studs were rotten but they could make new ones without delay. This explained the change to the exhaust note after driving through some flood water the previous day. The car was repaired, tested and returned within 24hrs.

Would I recommend their excellent service and value - Yes. If I lived in Scotland would I have Andy’s team looked after my two 5 Series- Yes Would I buy an Audi- No... only kidding but you can’t better a rear drive car.

Singers may be gone and the ship building in decline but A4AUDI and B4BMW continue Clydebank’s tradition of superior engineering.
